Have really suffered for the last year or so with my sinuses, even had a septoplasty and a balloonaplasty in January.
Today I saw the ENT consultant again and he delivered the bad news that now I have developed polyps and that this could also cause asthma and bronchitis (especially as I have a really nasty chesty cough at the moment!) Had a CT scan done last month that showed pacification of the sinuses.
Have taken an awful lot of Antibiotics I must rattle.
I am booked into for FESS in 2 wks time, he is not going to try with the balloons this time. I am so worried its going to hurt!
