Can't sleep as feel busting for a wee but nothing happens.

Just as the title says, I've been to the loo about 6 times in the last 3 hours, but not weeing. I can't get to sleep.

Any idea what's up?

no more than normal. Maybe 4 times in a week

It might be cystitis, I guess.

Do you drink much during the day?

Because you can get "trigger-happy" where you can't relax in case you might wee, but if you get your bladder used to holding a lot during the day, the reflex isn't prompted so readily.

It's all habit habit habit. If it's very different to normal, you might have an infection and should see your GP.

Does sound like an infection, then. I drink a fair bit during the day (does half a bottle of prosecco this afternoon count ).

I'd better see if I can see the GP this week.
