Dad has raised Creatanin following Renal failure

A couple of months ago, my Dad went into a coma due to pneumonia and was out for 3 days.

He was in ITU for a week and during this time he was in renal failure.

He is OK now, right as rain appart from GP has said Creatanin levels are high which is worrying me.

Could this be due to what happened, or would that have resolved itself by now?

His Hb was low too but is coming back up. Is now 11

I am no expert, but I am experiencing Kidney problems myself. When your dad was in a coma you say he was in renal failure. If this is the case then his kidney function is impaired and gives some indication as to why he creatanin levels are high. Does he suffer from High Blood Pressure? Water Retention?
