Surviving on Gaviscon at the moment, left a bottle of it on the bedroom widowsill this morning - has been in direct sunlight since lunch and when I moved it a hour ago it was really hot (temperature of a cup of coffee).
Once it' cooled back down will it be okay to use or should I throw it out??
(35 week pregnant and going through a worrying phase!!)
