panic mole on the sole of my foot is this bad????

im sure ive herard this is really bad its just like a brown spot and has only appeared in recent months.

You can get moles anywhere, just because it is on the sole of your foot isn't a problem in itself, but no harm in getting it checked if it is worrying you. The problem of course is that we never put sunscreen on the soles of our feet but they do get exposed if sunbathing lying on tummy...

Hiya, sorry for late reply. It could be OK but melanoma does sometimes appear like this on the sole of the foot, so you really need to get a referral to a proper dermatologist and have it taken off and checked.

Hopefully if it is anything bad you have found it early.
