Cod - you could do with knowing his values for the specific cholesterol - HDL should be high and LDL should be low.

porridge is meant to be good for helping cholesterol levels. Also you can buy lipitor pills over the counter now which used to be prescription only, vg for reducing levels. my p-i-l takes them every day and his levels have reduced dramatically. But, he also eats Lulu food.

My SD has the flora. He's hooked in to it all and his is much lower now. But he's also on meds. Is Mr Fish on anything yet or just trying to control with diet first?
