Colposcopy treatment day before holiday - would you cancel?

I have just received an appointment letter from the hospital for the day before we are due to fly up to Scotland for a week. We are staying in a hotel for a few nights, then with friends, going to a festival and then to my mums.

I am thinking of postponing this treatment until after the holiday as I know that some women can have a worse experience than others. I also seemed to bleed heavier and longer after the biopsy than would be expected so I'm a bit worried about that.

WWYD?

Postpone the treatment, a fortnight won't make much difference and you don't want to be bothered by any "after stuff" whilst you're away.
I had my irregular bits burnt off (can't remember what it is called properly) and although I didn't bleed after it meant no "bouncing on the bed" for six weeks!
