Hiya Trinity- Well looks like tummy bug!

I always follow my gut so to speak with these things-eat when hungry ect, lemonade helps to settle my tummy and also having sugars in it can pep you up a bit.

Try eating things like eggs on toast? thats what my mum would tell me to do! if it persists much longer I would get it checked out tho..

try to eat just plain rice (brown if poss) as this is gentle on your tummy and will rid it of any bacteria.
Other than that, try toast/oatcakes/rice cakes etc and cut out dairy until back to normal.
Sounds like a gastro bug but keep clear fluids up so you don't get dehydrated, although unlikely if you're not throwing up as well.
Go to GP if no better after a day or two or if it gets worse again.

ooh yes - flat coke really good for upset tummies/flat lemonade if not.

It's most likely a gastro bug. Try and stay hydrated, you'll be losing a lot of water. No dairy at all, but eat if you feel like it. If you don't see any improvement in a day or two, GP. And v good hygiene, no sharing towels etc as they're very contagious.
