Dr John Briffa says a herb called Agnus castus is great for helping with PMT. I didn't know it existed. Has anyone tried it?

No - check with your pharmacist before taking it as I've read it may interfere with hormone drugs such as the pill and HRT.

Yes, my sister has been taking it for years, and I did too for a bit, I prefer to take Magnesium and B vitamins complex though, seems to work better for me.

Heard of it, but didn't know it existed. have been drinking raspberry leaf tea to stop pmt for years though; it's very effective as it causes contractions in the uterus (hence not good when pregnant, unless you want to start stuff off!)

Thanks everyone. I prefer the sound of the magnesium and B vits - available in Boots?
