A friend of mine has been prescribed Gamolenic acid.

It is a substance known as an essential fatty acid. It is found in evening primrose oil and starflower oil and is used to treat breast pain.

My friend also has a lump in her breast and has been referred to the hospital but has been advised to take this until she is seen by the hospital to see if it helps with the pain.

Whats a "breat" then? Have i got one of them?

It doesn't have to be that stuff, evening primrose oil will be fine. There is also a vitamin that helps if you increase your intake of it, I'll see if I can find out which one.

Its vitamin B6. But I also found this : An intake of more than 10 mg a day of vitamin B6 over a long period may cause nerve damage.
