Race For Life - Has anyone know the Black Notley route?

I am doing the Race for Life in the Discovery Park at Notley on 20th June and wondered if anyone has done it in the past and knows the route. (My main worry is that it will be full of huge hills and I'll have to stop half way and call my dh for a lift home!)

Anyone else doing it there this year?

Oh good grief, I can't even construct a proper question. Meant to say - Has anyone done the Black Notley route? Or... Does anyone know the Black Notley route?

Must be the fear of the hills affecting my grammar.

My sister ran the course last year, took it slow and said it was absolutely fine. You'll complete the course without any problems and good luck!
