Spots on my hands; tiny red spot in the middle

I have a number of tiny spots on my fingers, mostly from the inner side. Some of them have a red spot in the centre. When you press on the spot it feels like there is a needle inside. I have never had this before. Now my husband got one as well. I guess it is something viral but does anyone know the name of this virus and what do I need to do.

Just because many people do the same thing, doesn't make it right. What you're describing could be a lot of different things ranging from insect bites to a skin disease. If the spots aren't all that serious then you can probably live with it, apply some topical cream and hope it goes away. If you're worried, and if it seems to be transmitting, then see your GP
