Hi all, I started getting strong pins and needles in my hands and feet accompanied by bad itchiness while I was on holiday last week. The skin also felt very sensitive- I thought I had burned my feet. I saw my GP on Monday and he prescribed Betnovate cream saying prickly heat rash may have brought it on. The cream has made no difference at all and antihistamines havent stopped the itching. My skin is so painful I can only wear flip flops and touching anything with my hands is painful, especially when they're in water and I then dry my hands- it feels like my skin is blistered.
I'd be grateful for any ideas you may have. I'm due back at work Saturday and don't think I'll be able to wear my shoes! TIA.
