This is very upsetting but I look around 7-8 months pg but I'm not.

My last child was born 4 years ago and although I wasn;t slim I didn't look pg afterwards - or not to the same degree.

I try and cover my stomach, I wear clothes that I think will cover it. My hips are slimmer - so it really does look like I am pg.

I know I could drink less and I am walking more to help but it is not getting rid of the stomach.
The worst thing is being asked 'when I am due' on many occasions and walking down the street avoiding people becasue they might say - 'I didn;t know you pg'!

Please help me. My face and hair aint bad really , so potential to be quite attractive I suppose.

Have you been to the doctor? I had a friend with similar and it turned out she had a (harmless but needing to be removed anyway) growth in her tummy that made her look pregnant.

Walking is good, but you probably should try some exercise that will help tighten your abdominal muscles. Some gentle yoga or pilates could be a good place to start. Try to do it at least 3x per week, with gradual increase in intensity/difficulty.

I know i could lose it with effort - lots of..
but when you constantly get asked this question - it makes me feel worse and then I have no motivation to get it sorted out.

I understand.

Why not start by looking around your area to see what classes are on offer, and at what times. Then go try a few to see if you like them. Make sure they are geared for 'real women' and aren't populated by lots of super-fit twenty-somethings....that would really be depressing!

It won't hurt to explore a a bit to see what is available, and then experiment to see what you enjoy (or can tolerate!).
