I am very scared as after having an sucessful 4 hour operation 2 1/2 years ago for servere endo which ended in having an ovary removed.

It seems like it has returned or so the consultant thinks as i have been bleeding occasionally after sex,& have got a problem with my bowel where i am taking 5 movacal & I am still constipated. So from me saying this and having an internal where when pressing on my stomach at the same time it was uncomfortable they have decided that they are doing an laporoscopy and if my bowel is attached to my womb again due to the adhesions, I might end up having to have a bag, so i am scared...

This feels different to last time as I am not in pain, my periods arent heavy, sex isnt painful but the difference has been the occasinal bleeding after sexy and that i am very very bloated to the point where I feel like I am going to pop, and the tiredness is getting to me

What should I ask when i go back for pre-op as I am scared about a bag, or losing my other ovary or I am also scared its worse please help

Appleslice - a friend of mine has endrometriosis and is regularly seeing HCP. You dont say how old you are or if you have DCs but the one point she makes at EVERY appointment is that she wants a family in the future and that this is very, very important to her. This saves her becoming distressed after listerning to explanations of proceedures only then to be told "oh, that wont be suitable for you then!".
