I hadn't realised it was today until DH told me yesterday and haven't been too worried, but now I just want to cry and run away.

Fab, why are you having a CT? Is this to do with your neck injury?

Apparently they are really not that bad, at all. You get music to listen to and things.

FabIsGoingToGetFit · 19/05/2010 08:12

No, I am having an MRI for that in June.

I have 3 problems and this is to check for neurological problems (I think.)

Sorry, I had to go out to school...how are you feeling now? I hope it won't be too scary for you tonight. Can DH go with you or do you have to go on your own?

FabIsGoingToGetFit · 19/05/2010 11:19

I am going on my own as it is past the kid's bedtimes.

I am just chilling today. I have made plum crumble for the kids and done all the washing but I am not planning on doing anything else. I am just so tired.

Sounds like you have done more than me already

Good luck. I think results are very quick, usually a couple of days with CT. x

bluebump · 19/05/2010 13:43

I hope it all goes ok!

mumof3teens · 19/05/2010 15:25

I had one last year - really quick and results back soon. Went to yoga before to relax! Hope all is well.

FabIsGoingToGetFit · 19/05/2010 16:05

Thanks.

Do they send results to me or the doctors?

I had a sleep before going for the kids and have felt rubbish ever since.

Oh Fab i am sorry. I expect you have gone now, I'm sorry I wasn't here for you earlier.

Hope it goes alright, anyway. You will be OK.

FabIsGoingToGetFit · 19/05/2010 19:53

NO worries

Appointment was for 7.40 and I was asked to get there for 7.15. I got there for 7 and was on my way out by 7.20pm .

I freaked out a bit when it was a man on his own but he was okay. No idea when I will get the results.

Thanks for your support .

I feel quite teary now .

Wow - how quick was that!

Was it fairly easy, apart from the worrying beforehand?

FabIsGoingToGetFit · 19/05/2010 20:31

It was but it was hard not knowing exactly what was going to happen. Next time will be worse as it is a lot longer and I go into a full body scanner thingy.

Yes I always prefer it if they tell me what they are about to do, and why.

At least you will have some idea now I suppose rather than straight in at the deep end.

Hope you get some sleep tonight.

FabIsGoingToGetFit · 19/05/2010 20:48

So do I.

I am so tired but my head is cotton woolly.
