hot hands and feet

evry night when i go to bed my hands and feet feel relly hot and puffy. they dont look particularly puffy......but my fingers feel like tight little sausages. Anyone else suffer with this. i feel as if i have hot socks and gloves on

Hiya, I think you should have a chat with your gp, during pregnancy its a sign of water retention / high blood pressure.

Hot joints / swelling can be a sign of arthritis.

Speak to your gp - and don't google. If you do it will probably throw up a million wrong answers and make you very stressed.

not pregnant...in my early 50's....and it is only hans and feet ,nowhere else. They only bun at night not during the day at all. its weird
