Yesterday I started to feel rough and it's gone from bad to worse. I have a sore throat, headache, sore ears (borderline earache) aching really quite badly in my back and my arms, and pretty much all over really and have a lump in my armpit. Is this just general 'fluey cold'? I am 34 weeks pregnant and am knocked for six. THe other armpit has started hurting so dunno if there is a lump there now too
