Sudden Eczema in late twenties??

Hi everyone, was just wondering if anyone else ha experienced/could explain/advise?? I've all of a sudden this week developed eczema, it's in my elbows knees armpits and seems to be spreading! Obv very itchy and red and cracking. I finally slapped some E45 on today.
I've never had it before and my circumstances are pretty much business as usual, mildly stressed and busy, haven't used new detergents or bubble bath etc,
can anyone help me get rid of it? I'm getting married in a few months and don't want to Photoshop my wedding pics :D
thankyou x

go and see your gp, then the gp will decide what type of eczema it is, as there are different types - then he can perscribe you some really good cream. As e45 is pretty rubbish compared to some of the stuf you can get from gp or nurse

you can get hydrocortisone 1% over the counter at the pharmacy these days which is probably what GP would prescribe anyway. Use it for seven days max and it usually goes away if it is relatively mild

If it's cracking and weepy it might be infected - best get a GP to look at it, they may give you a stronger steroid and antibacterial if it looks bad. Could it be the stress of the wedding?
