Molluscum and Eczema

My 4 yr old has had MC for about a year and I am so fed up of it. We have tried some homeopathic cream but she also has eczema and the cream (and tea tree or any other strong cream) causes her eczema to flare up which causes more itching and I am sure more spreading of the MC. I know it is not serious in the grand scheme of things but I am really self conscious of it for her (though she isn't herself yet). Does anyone have any suggestions for hastening up the antibody reaction in a child with eczema? She also won't let me get near them so I don't fancy my chances with the toothpick regime! Also, any advice on what to say to other parents - we are due to go on holiday with other families soon and all the kids will be in the pool together.

My DS had it for 6mths when he was 2 and also has eczema. I popped a few when I could but mostly it cleared up by itslelf. I wonder if it was because he was younger and playing alot more physically and so popped loads accidentally. The sun and sea water seemed to help as well on our hols last year. Hope you get more tips.

My ds nearly 4 is the same. I am only treating the eczema with purepotions skin salvation which has really helped. I looked into treatments for MC and seems the best option is to leave it though I have giving ds a supplement to boost his immune system.

I'm about to go on holiday with another family and their kids - what should I do/say about my daughter's MC? Normally they would all be swimming together, sharing towels and baths and I just don't know what to do about it. Any advice anyone?
