hi, I went to center parks last week, and went swimming with earrings in, when i removed my earring my ear scabbed over, and if i pick it, what I could only describe is water is coming out (i know I shouldn't pick it) my ear lobe is now very swollen, I also what I thought was a swollen gland below the ear, which feels bruised if I touch it, should I be concerned and are the two things linked, anything I can do, cus it looks awful
