As i have been feeling tired and depresseda lot lately.

They took blood test to check thyroid productiona nd to check I don't have defeciency in anything. Hoping it is medical as that is generally easier to treat.

She told me to think about what I want to do if the tests come back normal, i.e take pills or see a counseller or both.

Anyone who has been in the same situation got any advice for me?

going back in 3 weeks to follow up.

Is there anyhting in your life that is making you feel tired and depressed?
are you fed up at home.with work, with your partner for example?

do you get out and exercise? Exercise has been shown to be as effective as drugs in treating depression. If I were you, I'd examine my lifestyle, tackle any issues that were getting me down, and try to find out why I felt as I did.

nothing i haven't already dealt with. Have made a few lifestyle changes including eating breakfast drinking more water and trying to take more walks.

WHat I really feel I need is more me time away from home but without the energy its hard to put into practice. thanks for suggestions!!!

Are you low in B12? That can also lead to anaemia, as I know to my cost.
