Have looked it up for you in my formulary, the book says 'Only small amounts in breast milk' Nothing about not prescribing or any potential harm, but does mean that baby will be getting some of the drug. Could you not go back to check if the doctor is happy with this/or can prescribe something different. I don't know anything about the effectiveness of homeopathic medicine - but please make sure something is done to try and cure the infection. Hope you feel better soon.
