stonking headache - tramadol or solpadol?

I have a stonking headache and paracetomal/ibprufen haven't don much for it

I've got both tramadol and solpadol in the house - which do you think would work best?

ooh not sure about those
do you get migraines?
I usually take anadin extra, the liquid capsules get to the pain fast
or codeine?

thanks - the solpadol is parcetomal with codiene so that'll do.

not usually but have a sore throat and groggy chest so think it might be related.

Do you have co-dydramol? I take Ibuprofen and co-dydramol for my headaches...tis the only think which works for me. But apparently you shouldn't drive on them...
