Are any other asthmatics bothered by colds/viruses when the seasons change?
Every year at this time and then again when autumn comes, I seem to be bothered by a cold or a virus. Have had a virus type thing hanging around for a couple of weeks now. Not feeling terribly ill just run down and a bit lethargic. Otherwise I am healthy and my asthma is very well controlled and never a problem. I know that by the time the warm weather is here properly I'll be fine again.
Just wondered if anyone else gets this and what they do to avoid it. Any herbal remedies etc?
