I went to A&E because I was vomiting blood. Did loads of blood tests, xrays etc. but did tell them I always get an upset acidly tummy just before my period. I have been discharged and told I must have torn a blood vessel whilst being sick and give a weeks worth of antacids because it is just pms. So am now sat at home feeling rotten afraid to eat and have a splitting head ache with a BP of 90/60 and a racing pulse DP has gone to play golf and given dd to her Nana

Being a bit self indulgent but guessing PMS diagnosis allows for it but everyone has abandoned me

oh god, I hope you are feeling better by now? I really don't think that vomiting blood sounds like a pms symptom, but then I'm not an a&e Dr.
Have you managed to eat anything? I know when I am being sick a sore head normally follows for a while anyway until I can either get some pain relief in there or else eat something. How are you?
