is it normal or a blood pressure thing? Can it be associated with reducing caffeine intake

Is it when you stand up (or sit up from lying down), or when you move around? I sometimes get fuzzy eyesight (like a untuned TV screen) when I stand up quickly, which I'm sure is due to low blood pressure, but don't know about the flashes of light. Never get it when I move suddenly in any other way.

Also, does it happen momentarily, or does it last? If it seems at all odd then I'd go and see your GP - I'm sure they wouldn't mind - and it would be easy to find out if you have low blood pressure.
