Just been online and came across a website singing the praises of a green tea called Cho-Yung. I need to lose about two stone and the claims that are being made about the speed with which you can lose weight are amazing. However it all sounds too good to be true. Has anyone out ther ever tried this tea, and if so what was your experience like. It claims to be a totally natural product and the testamonials (video) seem genuine.
I'm not the sort of person who buys into miracle products preferring to lose weight through exercise and sensible eating, but I'm still curious!!!(hmm)

If it sounds to good to be true then it is.

My opinion is that the only way to lose weight is to eat less and move more.

No magic pill or tea that you drink is going to be the answer.

And the people who do testimonials are paid to endorse the produce....even if said product is scrotum of badger.

If it seems too good to be true, it almost certainly is.

Sorry.
