I don't remember having this before but since I got my periods back after a year of having DS2 I seem to get achey mid cycle and I don't like it! Is it a post baby form of PMT or should I be worried?

I feel worse around ovulation (pain, mood etc) than PMT. Have had tests, all normal! Just one of those wierd womanly things i guess!

my Dr told me about a laparoscopy she observed on a patient experiencing ovulation pain

apparently the pelvic cavity fills with blood and this causes irritation & pain

or something, can't remember now

Nos

Has anyone mentioned endometriosis to date?.

If the underlying cause is endometriosis any scan done will not detect it. If this scan comes back with nothing shown on it I would ask for a referral to a gynae and then ask him about endometriosis. Unfortunately endo is usually only diagnosed via laparoscopy (which is keyhole surgery).
