just a very congested cold, over the worst of the shivers and aches now. am the worlds worst patient when it comes to blocked nose and sinues. utter baby.

have tried:
lemsip, karvol steaming (b0y that stung my throat) and ibuprofen this am. made no difference. so resorted to otrivine which worked for a little bit.

tonight its sudafed, ibuprofen and otrivine (and a little whiskey)

anything I can send dh for tomorrow that is more effective? cos I'm driving him mad with my patheticness.

Another vote for sinutab. I also use vicks nasal inhaler, but only for a few days as long term use will rebound. If it's hayfever season, and I suffer from tree pollen, I also use beconase nasal spray.
