Head and shoulders shampoo stings like a very stingy thing!

Lamsil Once (from Boots) is the only thing that works quick and painlessly and gets rid of athletes foot forever.

White vinegar/ peroxide/ tea tree/ cider vinegar all recommended as alternative cures for atheletes foot. Some studies have looked at athletes foot. www.earthclinic.com/CURES/athletes_foot2.html if you look at the 'table of contents' at the side it give you all the things and comments that people have tried to cure athletes foot.
