Has anyone used Foot Solutions for inserts in shoes or any experts that know about this sort of thing?

Bunions run in our family and I'm having problems with mine. An op is out of the question right now as I've got a DS who is nearly 4 and I can't be laid up or out of action

I wear comfy shoes but despite this, my feet hurt when I walk and I do love walking. My fitness levels are suffering and I'd like to be able to walk to/fro work without being in pain at the end of the walk.

In desperation, I tried foot solutions and had custom made inserts for my shoes...not sure its doing any good though and my shoes actualy feel too tight with the inserts in. I'm starting to doubt it all now and it cost me £230!

have you been referred to orthotics by your GP, Puss? Ask to be referred if not, no reason for you to be in pain

MIL died in Jan 2009 so will be staying with SIL...will be weird as on my last visit there, Mama was alive and now I will be paying respects to her grave...it will break my heart

you need shoes that are shaped to your feet and have a solid sole that does not bend but in a nice rocker shape. hard to come by i know but have a look at some cloggs.

Not keen on clogs sadly...

Have you heard of Foot Solutions and their inserts btw?
