Hi, I've been wondering today if I should be considering AA?

Husband away all week so I was looking forward to a few early nights/doing housey stuff etc on my own...Last night got kids tucked up in bed, then I was half doing some paperwork/half watching a film, made myself a yummy prawn curry and without noticing, drank most of a bottle of really nice red... so then obviously finished it.

Is that wrong? I have never really drank on my own but my 3 year old poo'd all over the hall carpet and I really thought I deserved a nice glass of wine... just wondered if anyone else does and if it worries them?

Sounds like you needed it!

Dont beat yourself up - unless you do the same every night you will be fine.

I do thinks like that - feels like a little treat, then you think great why not...so no I dont think you need AA!
