Hi, I was picking something up beside a solid door over a week ago now - when someone burst into the room. I was hit very hard on the side of my head above my ear area.
It felt bruised and still does even now and very sore but skin was not broken. Its over a week ago now and I'm getting headaches every day and it feels achy in the area most of the time.
Do I need to do anything or will it just be a matter of time before it heals. thanks a lot for any advice.
