If my kids get sick again before another trip I am calling the men in white coats to come and pick me up and haul me off for good. Any tips? I take propolis and elderberry to boost the immune system. Started giving it to my girls, no sniffles since, maybe just luck (only been a few weeks). Does anyone give their children vitamins or anything to help them ward off illness??? Hols are coming up...

My friend was just talking about elderberry..sambucol syrup. Says she gives it to her children when they start to get sick and it really helps get rid of the lurgy. Has anyone tried it? I give my daughter bee propolis, that stuff is AMAZING! Want to try Sambucol...I work from home, tough when they miss school.

I've no idea on the solution but I should mark this thread and try the same thing!

We've only been abroad once since ds was born and he started with a vomiting bug the night before!

I am suppposed to be on a hen night 120 miles away right now (would have been my first weekend away on my own in years) but ds threw up whilst I was saying goodbye at the station and has been poorly most of the day .
