Ouch my bum hurts - What do piles feel like?

A bit tmi. When i go a number 2 it feels like i am being stabbed and ripped in my bottom, there is blood in the toilet and lots of red blood when i wipe. Is this what piles feel like or maybe a cut? Had a section 7 weeks ago maybe they have left a scalpel in their lol

It is probably piles, however when I had this ages ago the nurse told me that you should always get an app with the docs for any anal bleeding just in case it's something else.

piles or an anal fissure. best get the dr to check it.
