Recommend me a post-natal yoga/pilates DVD

Can anyone recommend me a good, post-natal yoga or pilates DVD that I can do at home with a good workout/s (approx 30 min.) that will help me to:

a) get rid of my post-preg tummy, strenghten my tummy muscles, and;
b) strengthen my lower back, which has been sore since ds2 was born 3 weeks ago.

I used the Buddha Bellies pregnancy DVD and found it fabulous. Am I on the right topic under General Health?

Shiva Rea does a post natal yoga dvd. She is a fairly well respected yoga teacher from the states. You should find it on amazon.

I have just ordered Wendy Teasdill's post natal vitality dvd.

She was my teacher on my pregnancy yoga teacher training course and is fantastic teacher.

Thanks poshtottie, let me know how you like Wendy Teasdill's DVD once you've started using it, if you remember. Thanks again.

I ended up buying Shiva Rea's postnatal yoga DVD - it's pretty good but for a beginner some of the poses are a bit hard to follow with her explanations, and I don't think the explanations are as good as the ones in Buddha Bellies. But overall, it's pretty good.

Hi again, I watched Wendy's dvd and really liked it but you don't get the fancy scenery
and high budget the american dvds seem to produce. However for a beginner or someone more experienced it is ideal.

I think it must be filmed in her living room and I am very as I would love my own yoga space.
