I think, if you've not already gone you ought to go up to a&e.

queenoftheslatterns · 07/03/2010 21:14

i am going first thing. the whole area is v swollen and if i go now the will just give me injection and tell me to come back tomorrow for an xray. at least if i call gp they can get me an appointment. dh is taking morning off work to get me there.

you poor thing! I'm just a bit concerned about the tingling part, not sure if it is ok to leave it like that. Are you taking regular anti-inflammotories?

differentID · 07/03/2010 21:31

You may need to sleep upright tonight to help with your breathing issues and so as not to put pressure on your shoulder.

i am, i have pretty heavy duty painkillers. its not a particularly common condition so its hard to know what to do.

OP posts:
OhYouBadBadKitten · 08/03/2010 14:21

I hope the painkillers do their job and help you get a lot more comfy. The sleepy bit of them isn't nice, but sometimes you just have to go with it.

differentID · 08/03/2010 21:50

I hope your pain is getting less this evening.

queenoftheslatterns · 09/03/2010 21:09
