painful neck glands

Quick qu: do I need to see a doctor?I have a terrible gp practise and would rather avoid. Both dc have been ill with ear/ throat infections in past week, now im feeling run down and the painful lumps on the side of my neck are sore even when i turn my head.

Never really had this before...(my tonsils are out if thats relevant) any advice?

There is a horrible sore throat/gland/chest thingy going round at the moment - which I have now had for the best part of 2 weeks. It started with a very sore gland on the right side of my neck. I haven't seen a dr, but probably should have done. I now have a horrible cough which makes me sound like I smoke 40 fags a day (I don't smoke at all). I am also 37 weeks pregnant, so feeling particularly sorry for myself.

poor you rindercella being pg with it. sounds like its about to get worse for me then. Bugger!
