Aching testicles in the morning...what do you think?

My hubb has woke the last couple of morning with aching testicles - what do you think?

i think he should go to the gp

Has he had a prolonged period without ejaculating? Or does he feel it after sex?

My dh would sometimes ache the next morning following sex, the more active the sex the worse the ache, it would last a few hours.

Any swellings/lumps/bumps, are they "hanging" correctly, they can get twisted but I imagine the pain is far worse than just an ache.

He should go to his gp. My dp had that and turned out to be kidney stones. They're still there for the moment...!
