How long should a bad reaction to Tramadol last for?

I should probably know but feel so drugged the old brain isn't working.

Back was v bad yesterday so took some before bed. Now feeling woozy, pukey and high as a kite. also got druggy pin prick pupils.

should it not have worn off by now?

Hi there - I had a bad reaction to Tramadol too, a couple of weeks ago. Mine was so bad I went to the emergency room. The effects lasted about three days and that was 100mg dose.

me too, had it for sinusitus. I was out my tree for a couple of days!

I had incredible plague like hives from Tramadol. GP said 1 in 100 have a reaction. I took non-drowsy anti histamine and they went within 24hours which was a massive relief. I'd say sleep it off - which you are, so I hope it works..
