Low immune system after finishing breastfeeding

I finished breastfeeding my one year old a couple of weeks ago and since then have been really ill. I've had a sore throat for over two weeks, cold symptoms and I'm completey exhausted. Is this normal and what can I do to get myself back on track? I've got a very active DS who is still keeping me awake at night. I need sleep to kick this!! Any advice would be greatly appreciated....

I don't know if its normal sorry.

However vitamin B complex, vitamin c and garlic is good for immune system

Mak sure you're eating plenty of veg and fruit and drinking plenty of water

Surely you're feeling better by now but I just wanted to say bee propolis has worked really well for me. Amazing stuff - they sell it in capsules at health food shops.

I heartily recommend
Wassen Zinc ACE to boost your immune system.
It works!

Btw, not sure if it's normal but I was prone to all sorts of colds/bugs etc when breastfeeding small, active children.

I love bee proplis so much, I never get sick because of it! I wish I could figure out a a way to give it to my children who don't swallow pills. I heard Sambucol is good for immune too.
