help - just bashed teeth on car door! anything i can do to prevent damage?

getting DDs out of the car, managed to open the door onto my mouth (dont ask!) and bashed my front teeth. no bleeding, seem not to be loose but can feel i have bashed them iyswim.
is there anything ican do to prevent any permanent damage or do i have to just watch and wait?
