is what I asked my dh this morning
About 56% of ms sufferers have small veins in their neck, particularly the jugular, and this reduces the ability of the veinous system to flush out impurities from around the brain. The studies can't ascertain cause and effect.
They are doing operations in Poland which enlarge the jugular using a stent, which seem to have good results.
My dh has said that, once Probate is reached on mum's estate, we could afford to get this done. He nearly cried at the thought that I could be cured. So did I.
Apart from not knowing whether I am in that 56% I can't think of any reason why we shouldn't pursue this.
Does anyone know anything more about it? I need pros and cons. The pro is obvious really, but there have got to be cons - haven't there?
