What on earth is this? Frequent stomach pains, vomiting

I've been dismissing this for ages but it's driving me mad. I'm 37 weeks pregnant now but this has been going on for well over a year/15 months. I wake up in the early hours and my stomach is cramping and burning and feels really empty. It has me literally tossing and turning until I'm sick a few hours later. The sick is yellow and very acidic. A few hours later I feel better although really wiped out. It happens usually at least once a month but sometimes more often. Any ideas on what it could be? I keep meaning to go to the doctors but forget. TIA

it could be a bit of acid reflux - that tends to be more pronounced at night when you're lying down (or when pregnant) - is there any pattern with certain foods/alcohol ?Why don't you try some gaviscon (I think that's OK when you're pregnant but check first).

Whoops, didn't see this last night, sorry. I think it might be reflux tbh although I hoped it would ease. I was up at 5 again in pain and was sick again I think I'll pick up some gaviscon today and give it a go. If not I'll go to the doctors. I think it's aggravated by dairy tbh but I've never tried to cut it out to see if it helps. Thanks for your reply
