My son and I caught a bug last September - no coughs, cold or fever, just fatigue, nausea and aches and pains. We both recovered in a few days although I developed tinnitus in my right ear. Since then my son has been fine but I have had 4 more bouts of roughly the same sort of thing. Currently having one now and can't seem to shift it. Have lost 4 pounds in weight since Sunday through nausea. Tinnitus is louder and have aches in my armpits. Had blood tests done yesterday but won't get the results for a week. Anyone else had the same sort of thing and can advise. I am yawning at 9.30am and struggling to cope. Ta lots
