Anyone take calcium channel blockers?

Anyone suffered with stiff achey hands/wrists as a side effect? Would be interested to know as it's not mentioned in the pack info and yet this problem started when I started taking Verapamil, stopped over Xmas when I forgot to get repeat scrip for 2wks and has started up again since.

you can get mucle cramps with CCb's. if its only started since you have been on these ,go back to the doc

nope but felt sick alot

Not stiff hands or wrists but got stiff/swollen ankles for the first few weeks.
