So after what time at night should you not drink water or does it not matter?

Or is it bad for your kidneys to drink a glass right before bedtime?

Why on earth would it be bad for kidneys to drink water before bed?

I had some vague recollection of it being bad for you. I supposed if you were asleep with a full bladder there might be some sort of pressure on you kidneys or back up or something.

Don't think so, in fact surely if the kidneys are well hydrated then thats good?
