Just reached over and felt the most horrendous pulling pain inside. (Have had a section in 2001 and it resutured in 2002 and still feel it pulling at time.)

Not in pain now but what could it have been?

You should go to see your doctor. 'Horrendous' abdominal pain should never be ignored. Could be anything from a pulled muscle or trapped wind to something more serious. Let the doctor decide if it's something that needs treatment.
