Pulsing sound in my ear

I'm pretty sure this is nothing to worry about but since December I have had the almost constant sound of my pulse in my left ear...I've heard my pulse in my ears before from time to time, but not constantly like now. It's not a huge problem but I'm just a tiny bit worried it might indicate high blood pressure or something, especially as I'm also getting frequent minor nose bleeds... anyone else experienced this?

wax can sometimes be the culprit.

Could be pulsatile tinnitus. I've had it for years, was maddening at first but you learn to ignore it...mostly. You should definitely get it checked though as its just in one ear, could be wax or a variety of other fixable things (mine is nerve damage apparently so unfixable ). Make sure you mention the nose bleed thing, again that could be a few quite fixable things.
